Hoover Projects Incorporated was born from the training, tradition
and heritage of a mid-sized Central Texas Design-Build General Contractor by the name of Bob Hoover Construction, Inc.
The story of an amazing adventure in the world of real estate development, buildings, design and construction was begun
in the mid-seventies in Waco, Texas. The principles and practices taught by one generation and learned by the other
in that time have stood the test of some thirty plus years and provide the structural core of our personal, project
and company successes to this day.
